Who we are
Codezair is a British-led software studio operating from Algeria. The details of the legal entity will be published on this page once its registration is complete.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address and/or phone number, your company if you give it, and your message. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security; they are deleted automatically after about two weeks.
No tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner. Fonts are served from our own server.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry (our legitimate interest in replying to you) and, if you become a client, to manage our work together. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Where it is stored
On our server in Germany, within the EU. New enquiries are forwarded to our team through Telegram so that we can reply quickly.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless they lead to a contract.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
